1How to log in using OTP?
Enter your mobile number or email address, tap Send OTP, then enter the 6-digit OTP received within 5 minutes. The OTP is valid for 5 minutes only.
2Didn't receive OTP – what to do?
Wait 30 seconds and tap Resend OTP. Ensure you have good network coverage and entered the correct mobile number or email address. Check your spam folder if using email.
3How is my data secured?
We use HTTPS encryption and comply with TRAI regulations under JPK Enterprise. All OTP messages are sent through secure, TRAI-compliant channels. Your data is protected and never shared with third parties.
4Is my number used for marketing messages?
We use your mobile number or email only for OTP login verification. We do not send marketing messages unless you explicitly opt-in to receive updates and promotional content.
5Who owns Poster Guru?
Poster Guru is owned and operated by JPK Enterprise, Digital Marketing & Design Solutions.
6Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting support@jpkenterprise.in. We will process your request in accordance with privacy compliance regulations.
